Heat Recovery Wheels

Sensible Heat Recovery Wheels
Welcome to AirCoil, a leading manufacturer of energy recovery wheels, also known as sensible heat recovery wheels, enthalpy wheels, and thermal wheels for HVAC systems. Our rotary thermal wheel technology is designed to help you recover wasted energy and reduce your carbon footprint while improving indoor air quality and comfort.
Our energy recovery wheels are a cost-effective solution for commercial and industrial applications, including hospitals, schools, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities. By capturing and transferring heat between exhaust and supply air streams, our heat recovery wheels help to reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs.
Whether you need a heat recovery wheel for a new construction project or an existing HVAC system, our experienced team of engineers can design a solution that meets your specific requirements. We offer a range of heat recovery wheels with various sizes and capacities, and we can customize our products to fit your unique space constraints.
Our heat recovery wheels are designed to meet the highest industry standards for energy efficiency and indoor air quality. We use only the highest quality materials and components in our products, and we perform rigorous testing and quality control procedures to ensure that every product meets our strict standards for performance and durability.
At AirCoil, we are committed to helping our customers reduce their energy consumption and environmental impact while improving indoor air quality and comfort. Contact us today to learn more about our energy recovery wheels and how we can help you achieve your energy efficiency goals.

How do the AirCoil™ Sensible Heat Recovery Unit work?
- Rotor systems are used for recovering the heat energy contained in the exhaust air of ventilation systems.
- The supply air is sent through one half of the continuously rotating rotor, while the exhaust air is fed in counter-flow through the other half of the rotor.
- The cooler air meets the warm heat storing mass in one half, creating an exchange due to the differential.
- The other half effectively dissipates the excess heat by exhausting the airflow.
